visiting family in small-town-new england. it's very chilly , dark and rainy...not very July 1st.
this photo was taken with my cell phone, and the blurriness feels just about right .
a wild bush/vine (?) i fell in love with on the deserted grounds of my old middle school.
reminds me of the trees with arms in the wizzard of oz, but this is a bed of green leaves
that will wrap itself around me on this very sleepy day.....

This photo almost looks like an illustration! I too see the arms, and the soft lighting makes the entire scene quite magical.
